About Krystel – Founder of Namaskar
Hello! I’m Krystel — filmmaker and yoga teacher.
Namaskar was born from a moment of crisis in my own life.
A year of juggling three projects at once — being on set, editing, creating content for clients, and teaching yoga… left me completely disconnected from myself. I forgot the one thing that kept me sane: my own practice.
Eventually, my body and mind said “enough,” and I experienced a painful relapse into depression. It was a wake-up call. I promised myself: if I ever came out of it, I would never ignore my well-being again.
That promise became Namaskar — an online yoga platform designed to meet you wherever you are, whenever you need it. Namaskar is more than yoga classes; it’s a lifetime community and support system for people seeking balance, presence, and connection.
Here, you can reconnect with your body in just a few minutes a day, find space to breathe, and join a community of people who understand exactly what it’s like to struggle — and to rise again.
